Spring is in bloom in Ishkodewan!

Join us on Tuesday, May 28 to enjoy and learn about regional plants and medicines, and explore the ones growing in the Ishkodewan courtyard (C Building, Ottawa Campus). Joining us will be avid gardener and Indigenous seed saver Elissia Ferguson, as well as other special guests from the College's horticulture program.

Everyone is welcome, including your students! If you are bringing a group of 10 or more, please contact pottsk@algonquincollege.com to ensure there is tea and bannock for everyone. You do not need to RSVP, but employees are encouraged to use the RSVP link provided to register for the shared resources site for Tea, Teaching & Bannock.

Bannock and tea will be served between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. in Nawapon. If it's a nice day the event will be held mainly in the Ishkodewan courtyard. Drop in to say “aanii” or stay for the entire time.
